Here at Lambton Primary School, the well-being and mental health of our children, staff and parents is extremely important to us. It is our mission to raise the profile of well-being and mental health within the school and to get everyone talking. We focus on the five ways to well-being and how we can incorporate them into our school and home life in the hope that we feel happier, more positive and feel well on the inside as well as the outside.
Our well-being team is always busy thinking and planning new ways to incorporate the five ways to well-being into our life at school. We are all totally committed to raising the profile of mental health and righting the misconceptions that mental health may be a negative condition. Take pride in who we and remember: it’s ok not to be ok.
LumiNova is a digital therapeutic app that helps with the symptoms if worries or anxiety for children aged 7-12, helping them learn skills to self-manage their worries/anxiety in an engaging adventure game.
If you think your child would benefit from this intervention, download the LumiNova app and follow the steps. If you need any help or more information, contact Mrs Hanna.
